• HVAC repair and preventative maintenance
• Filter changes
• Wall repairs
• Electrical services and repair including lighting and fans, household electrical and ourtine bulb replacement
• Plumbing services include repair and maintenance of dishwasher; faucets; lavatory fixtures and garbage disposal
• Installation and maintenance of hand rails and towel bars, soap dish and toothbrush holders

Additional services performed by request:

• Art/photograph hanging
• Wall painting as needed
• Carpet cleaning as needed

Other needs, include furniture assembly rearrangement of furnishings or installation of television, computers, etc., maybe arranged through your Concierge. These additional services may incur a fee.
