Phone and computer cabling is provided to each of our residents when requested as part of the basic service plan for phone and/or Internet. To sign up for these services, please contact your Concierge.

If you currently have a KMH phone or Internet service and encounter a problem, let your Concierge know so that the work order maybe requested. Our Information SErvices department will send a qualified representative to your apartment at no charge to ensure that all phone and data services connections are active and properly connected.

KMH Information Services offers technical assistance by appointment for the following services and rates:

• Installation/removal of software
• Hardware replacement
• Customization of desktop, browsers and/or applications
• Mail setup and network connections (in addition to initial set up)
• Trouble shooting/repair of hardware or software applications, etc.

KMH Service Call: $25
(Includes first 30 minutes of service and/or is applied to hourly rate)

KMH Information Service Technical Assistance: $50 per hour
