It is obvious by the exemplary care and thoroughness that Housekeeping Services team members exhibit in taking care of resident apartments that they are proud to be a part of the KMH team. They also take pride in the fact that many residents see them as extended family members—and it's obvious they feel the same way.

Regular housekeeping in The Towers is bi-weekly and includes:

• Thorough cleaning of all surfaces in the kitchen and bath(s)
• Complete sweep and mop service on vinyl floors in kitchen and bath area(s)
• Carpet vacuumed
• Dusting of all furniture and ceiling fan(s)
• Glass surface cleaning including windows
• Complete check of apartment for maintenance needs including bulb replacement, etc.

At resident request, housekeeping may also include:

• Cleaning/dusting of personal display items
• Wipe down of refrigerator interior

Additional routine services include:

• Monthly cleaning behind appliances
• Cleaning or replacement of draperies as needed

Weekly housekeeping services are available for a monthly fee of $30. Please contact your Concierge to arrange a schedule that suits your preferences.
