KMH Library

Kansas Masonic Home is blessed with an expansive library collection that includes novels and books of all genres and subjects; movies; college courses on DVD and more. The main library fills nearly 1/4 of the main floor in the East Office building and has books from floor to ceiling on all four walls. Smaller satellite libraries can be found in the Manor and Towers. Pavilion staff provides a book cart to residents.

Library materials are available to borrow without card or check out requirements. Feel free to select and enjoy items in the libraries at will and return them as you finish.

If you are looking for a particular book or item, you Concierge can help you initiate a search.

Donations of hardback books and other library materials are welcome and may be arranged through your Concierge.

Gift Shop

Located just inside The Manor entrance, the KMH Gift Shop incudes an eclectic and interesting assortment of products from over-the-counter medications to snacks; from jewlery to KMH logo wear. The shop also offers a selection of greeting cards and your Concierge can arrange purchases of gift cards to area restaurants and stores for giving.

Check Cashing

Check cashing up to $75.00 is available through the Manor Concierge or the East Office Concierge during regular business hours. Please make checks payable to Kansas Masonic Home.

Dry Cleaning

KMH has made arrangements with Miller's Dry Cleaners for pick up and delivery of resident dry cleaning. Millers will provide laundry bags for residents who use the service frequently and will bill each resident directly. Pick up days are Monday and Thursday; cleaned items will be returned the following week. To take advantage of this service, contact your Concierge.

Mail

Residents of the Manor and Towers have US Postal Service mailboxes as well as an in-house mail box. Mail received in the Pavilion is delivered to residents directly. Your Concierge will hold larger items/packages at the Concierge desk and will contact the intended recipient to arrange for the item to be delivered to your apartment or held for pick up. Postage purchase and outgoing mail may be handled through the Concierge desk.
