Mike Miller was a familiar face at KMH long before he accepted the position of Director of Independent and Assisted Living; he completed his Administrator in Training program at KMH, logging more than 600 total hands on training hours in every major department on campus.

As Director of Independent and Assisted Living, Mike oversees the day to day operations of the Manor and Towers, working with staff, residents, family members and even guests to maintain and exceed the excellent satisfaction levels of the residents who reside in those areas.

Mike spent 11 years at Youthville, one of the largest nonprofit child welfare agencies in Kansas. His most recent title there was Foster Care Supervisor; he also served as a case manager and residential unit supervisor.

He earned his undergraduate degree in Social Work at Lubbock (Texas) Christian University, and two Master’s degrees from Newman University in Wichita — one in Social Work and one in Business Administration.
