Kansas Masonic Home offers a variety of benefits enjoyed by our staff
They include:

Wellness Center – Free indoor pool, exercise room, and staff Wellness Director allow our team to exercise healthy living at their own pace! Various classes and programs build a cohesive atmosphere of complete wellness to both our residents, and staff! Workout equipment, free personal training available, and a Nintendo Wii work to suit a variety of exercise preferences, and since it’s always available for employees round the clock, it fits all schedules!

Vacation Leave – This accrual of scheduled time away from work accumulates according to hours worked for both full-time and part-time employees. Staff begin vacation accrual on their first day. Plus, the longer an employee is on staff, the faster the rate at which Vacation Leave is earned!

Health and Dental Insurance – After just a two month wait period for a newly hired employee, full-time and part-time employees enjoy the option to enroll in Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance and/or Delta Dental insurance. Premiums are competitive and coverage is accepted at over 99% of providers in Sedgwick County.
•
Life Insurance – This benefit is offered to full-time and part-time employees after the same two month wait period and does not involve a deduction or premium. Kansas Masonic Home provides this benefit at no cost to staff for those that enroll
